Your 45-minute session

Continue with weekly, fortnightly, or monthly sessions — whatever frequency supports your progress. You are always in control.

Meet Camilla, your online counsellor
I am Camilla, a counsellor based in Perth, Western Australia. I hold a Graduate Certificate in Counselling from Edith Cowan University and am currently completing a Master's of Counselling. My training includes CBT for Bipolar Disorder, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for Borderline Personality Disorder, and Chain Analysis in DBT.
My personal experience has shaped my approach. As a PMDD warrior and someone who has navigated migration firsthand, I bring both professional expertise and genuine empathy to our sessions. I specialise in depression, PMDD, sports counselling for endurance athletes, and migration adjustment.
I believe that those who have walked through their own challenges are uniquely placed to support others on theirs.
